PRIME SQUARE BANK ACCOUNT

Please take notice that :

1.any payment to Prime Square Technologies Limited should only be made to an account maintained with The Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited, which is the only bank account of Prime Square Technologies Limited in Hong Kong for receipt of payment purpose.

2.Prime Square Technologies Limited shall not be responsible for any loss and damages in case:
(i)the payment is made to an account not in the name of Prime Square Technologies Limited notwithstanding that the account(s) is/are provided by representatives of Prime Square Technologies Limited; and

(ii)the payment is made to an account other than Prime Square Technologies Limited BOC account notwithstanding that the account(s) is/are provided by representatives of Prime Square Technologies Limited.
